Review & Listing Policy

For things a companion eats, wears, and sleeps on, the buying standard is the trust. This page sets out how JOJU PET CARE decides what to stock and how we handle customer reviews.

Sourcing — four standards

Every product is assessed against four standards: fragrance-free (no added synthetic scent), low-irritant, low-noise, and easy to wash. The starting question is always whether it works in a home where someone is in treatment or recovering.

Ingredient and origin checks

We verify the full ingredient list, country of origin, and manufacturer, then publish them on the product page as-is. We do not carry products from suppliers who decline to provide this or whose labeling is unclear.

Copy review — no efficacy claims

Product descriptions pass a copy review before publication. Language asserting that a product treats, prevents, or cures a condition is managed as prohibited, and health-related items carry a note to consult your veterinarian.

Customer reviews

Reviews can be written only against a verified, delivered order. We do not remove a review for being critical, and we take down reviews we find to have been written in exchange for compensation.

Ongoing stewardship

After listing, we keep products under review through customer inquiries, ratings, and supplier notices of formulation changes. Products that no longer meet our bar are delisted.

What we never publish

Language asserting that a product diagnoses, treats, or prevents disease
Guidance on medications or dosages
Encouragement to stop or replace veterinary care
Introductions to unverified therapies or ingredients
